Hubspot – Bogotá

HubSpot is located at Sequoya building, which is a business tower in Bogotá. It´s composed by 3 architectural floors distributed in 3.000 m2. 3rd floor is composed by cafeteria, game zone, open office and multiple meeting rooms. 4th floor is for office with different typologies of work, meeting rooms and resting areas. The 5th floor is for open office, coffee area and training rooms.

The concept chosen for this project is called “Paramo” because Colombia owns 80% of the paramos of the world, so the idea was to give this office a very distinctive identity inspired in the place of the world that is located. Let´s begin a journey at the paramo 16,400 feet above sea level where water comes directly from clouds and touches the grass to create lakes, each space of the office builds the same story, but every story is created in different landscapes, everything looks different but is connected by the same core.

The main purpose of the project and the greatest challenge was to reinterpret a paramo and the elements that compose it in the real world, incorporating innovative design methodologies and the latest technological proposals in a work environment, achieving the goal of giving the user a variety of unique scenarios that invite contemplation, collaborative work and recreation, but at the same time allow the experience to travel across one of the most iconic ecosystems in Colombia.
