The project is developed from the Biophilia concept and its main objective is to highlight natural resources such as fresh air, daylight and water, incorporating natural materials and color accents that mimic nature and natural forms. This concept also highlights the idea of reconnecting with nature, generating a direct relationship between the different spaces and the user.
The architectural program was based mainly on the typical needs of Globant’s offices, using the 120° open office typology that allows for collaborative work by assigned teams. In the center of the project was located the Chillout, which is a space for cafeteria, leisure and recreation with a bowling alley that invites globers to have a different recreational space. Additionally, this office has 7 meeting rooms, each with a different concept related to nature, where materials, colors and furniture play a predominant role.
