In a space with four independent blocks, each with three floors and grouped by a central axis, there are corporate and operational areas, an auditorium and recreational areas where more than 200 people work. It is the first project in Colombia designed and built with sustainability specifications to achieve LEED certification and to rationalize the use of natural resources. Most of the materials used in the construction were extracted, manufactured, and distributed in nearby areas or on site. The entire plumbing system is configured to work with rainwater; the owner has ample green areas and rooms with high exposure to natural light.
