Pay U- Bogotá

The main concept in this project was «Urban Plaza», a place where you can find open offices, collaborative work spaces and rest areas.

In PayU’s innovative design there is a staircase that connects three floors, each one has a different theme: community, world and nature. The first one refers to the community, there are open offices, boardroom and innovation room; the second one is the world, the reception is located there, it is interpreted as the welcoming space for clients, who can stay in a room designed especially for them. The top floor is interpreted as Nature, the color green predominates, the cafeteria is located here.

These offices are the first in Colombia to seek WELL certification.
