The project was developed based on the concept of play, where fun evokes innovative work spaces. We developed schemes that conveyed the playful and fun essence of the company, generating disruptive spaces in which its collaborators would like to move and live experiences in each of the different scenarios designed under the concept of a fair, the arcade or an amusement park.

The architectural program was designed based on Globant’s values (Act Ethicaly- Have Fun- Be a team player- Constantly Innovate) and with the objective of reflecting its corporate identity in each space.
