Alianza – Bogotá

The concept, «Technology and Disconnection», is reflected in the project by contrasting two types of spaces: Those linked to technology (work areas) and those conducive to disconnection (Rest areas).

The project has a Money Desk for stock brokers, cafeteria, corporate dining room, meeting rooms and collaborative areas.

Regarding the architectural distribution, the disconnection areas are located in the center of the floors and the circulation is articulated around them. On the other hand, the work areas are close to the facades.

The project materials follow the corporate standards, with a predominance of blue, wood and gray colors. While in the disconnection areas, which consist of coffee and rest areas, green and wood tones are used to promote relaxation for employees and visitors.
